TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations are not confirmed until such time as a deposit has been paid.

A 50% deposit of the total accommodation amount is payable within seven days from date of confirmation. The remaining 50% of the accommodation payment must be made seven days prior to arrival.

Reservations made one week or less prior to arrival must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled

• 46+ days prior to arrival will be charged at 5% of the total accommodation amount.
  
• 45-21 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of total accommodation amount.
  
• 20-0 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of total accommodation amount.
  

Excluding the period 15 December to 15 January where 100% of the total accommodation will be charged for 30 days prior.

Reservations will be released automatically and without notification if these payment conditions are not met.

The account for extras must be settled before departure, and the guest authorizes us to debit his/her credit card for any monies due.
